Male’ Area Delivery

- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 20:30

- Free Delivery to any address in Malé and Hulhumalé for all purchases

 

Island Ferry Delivery

- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 18:00

- Address

- Free Delivery to any specified boat for purchases for all

 

Personal Pickup & Collection from our Outlets

- Orders can be collected from any of the Power X outlets located in Malé & Hulhumalé free of charge. Please mention your designated retail outlet as the delivery address, along with the contact information (Name, Contact Number) of the person collecting the order.

- All items ordered on Power X Maldives (https://www.powerxmaldives.com) can be picked up at the Power X retail outlets designated to pick up the order.

- Order number or reference number & Customer details (Name, Contact Number) will be required.

 

Delivery Issues / Order Issues

- In the case of any delays or problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us at 778-1057 (SAT-TUR 09:00 – 22:00 / FRI 16:00 – 22:00).

- To return any damaged items, please refer to our Online Return Policy .

- Any orders that are not collected within 05 days, will be disposed and a refund will not be issued.

Cash on Delivery

- Pay on delivery (Not recommended during pandemic)
